People Empowered Nova is the name of our podcast, but what is a podcast? In brief, it's an audio program. It's a bit like People Empowered having its own radio station. It's even better because you can listen to it however you like - on your computer, your MP3 player or by burning it to a CD. You can also listen to it whenever you like - in the car, while exercising, on the train, while cooking dinner, for example.
